Ex- Physician Accused of Assault Charges Against Thirty-Eight Patients
Legal authorities have announced that a former physician has been charged with carrying out assaults involving thirty-eight victims who were under his care.
The Serious Charges

These allegations come after what investigators called a “detailed inquiry” into alleged assaults at two hospitals: the Royal Stoke university hospital and Russells Hall hospital.
Spencer is scheduled to appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on 20 January.
